SHIPPING
All products shipped from The Herb Farm are packaged in either a compostable bag made from cornstarch PLA and and other biodegradable materials such as PBAT or a cardboard box. All printing is done with a non-toxic ink, making our packaging 100% earth friendly, compostable and a natural alternative to traditional plastic-based courier bags.

NEW ZEALAND
We dispatch all New Zealand orders with NZ Post via Vertical Logistics, including rural. If on delivery no one is home to receive and sign for the consignment the courier will leave it in a safe place. If there is nowhere the courier considers safe to leave the consignment they will leave a calling card. If you would like your consignment left at your address please specify this on your order, however any missing orders will not be replaced. All NZ orders will be dispatched within two working days of being placed or payment received. If there are any delays due to stock or dispatch issues, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
AUSTRALIA
All Australian orders are dispatched with DHL on a tracked service which require a signature on delivery. Any import duty or tax charges on arrival in Australia are the customer’s responsibility and cost. In the unlikely event of any missing or undelivered consignments, please contact us so we can make enquiries with DHL. All AU orders will be dispatched within three working days of being placed or payment received. If there are any delays due to stock or dispatch issues, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
INTERNATIONAL
We currently do not ship to Hong Kong . All international orders are dispatched with DHL on a tracked service which require a signature on delivery. Any import duty or tax charges on arrival in the receiving country are the customer’s responsibility and cost (except in the instance of United States, where import duties/tariffs are paid at the time of order).
