Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be processed within 3 working days of being placed and payment being received. If there are any longer delays due to stock or shipping problems you will be contacted and notified of such.

The website will automatically calculate the shipping cost for each order. For international orders we always double check the freight cost before sending your order and will notify you for any change to the shipping cost. We reserve the right to change the shipping cost if it has been calculated incorrectly on the website.

We send all New Zealand orders by PBT couriers, except for rural delivery and PO Box addresses which are sent by NZ Post. All international orders are sent by NZ Post through either International Air or International Courier (depending on your selection). International Air is untracked as specified on the shipping charge and therefore is sent at the buyers risk. Any missing or undelivered parcels will not be replaced.

New Zealand orders delivered by PBT will not be left at your house unless you are home. A card for call will be left. If you would like the order left if you are not home please specify this on your order but the herb farm will not replace any missing orders that have been left on request.

You can request to be removed from any the herb farm mailing list by unsubscribing at the bottom of an e-news letter. Your rights of removal may be subject to any additional terms which apply to the relevant list or service.

We will not trade or sell any of the personal information you have provided to any third party without your consent.

Transactions made on the herb farm’s website are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are only used for the purpose of transaction fulfilment. We do not store cardholder information. We use the secure Hosted Payment Solution to process online orders. You’ll be able to see your card being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer you a safe and quick online shopping experience.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about your the quality of your product please use the Contact Us page to email us with the batch number, expiry date and product name from the barcode label and the reason you are dissatisfied.

Any returns due to quality issues must be within 3 months of receiving your order.

Unfortunately we do not accept product returns if you have changed your mind or don't like the scent.

We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement. (Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.).

You may access, view, reproduce and print the content on this site provided you only use that content for informational, non-commercial purposes. Terms and Conditions for Zenith Fitness VIP Gold Card Members.

  1. Offer is valid at The Herb Farm Retail Store, Grove Road, Ashhurst only.
  2. Zenith Fitness VIP Gold Card members are entitled to a 20% discount on Herb Farm products in the Retail Store only.
  3. Excludes café purchases.
  4. Zenith Fitness VIP Gold Card must be shown in store to receive discount.
  5. Offer is subject to stock availability.
  6. Unless specified otherwise, offer not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not redeemable for cash.
  7. The Herb Farm reserves the right to alter this offer at any time.

Herb Farm VIP Program

  1. Anyone who visits The Herb Farm store or signs up online can join The Herb Farm VIP Loyalty program.
  2. Points can be earned through purchases in-store and online. Every $10 spent = $1 VIP loyalty points towards any of our 100% natural products.
  3. You must accumulate $10 in VIP loyalty points before they can be redeemed.
  4. Rewards are valid for 12 months from issue date.
  5. VIP rewards cannot be used by another customer.
  6. VIP rewards are not available on purchases made at The Herb Farm Café or The Herb Farm Beauty Retreat.
  7. VIP rewards are redeemable for Herb Farm Products only at The Herb Farm Store, Grove Road, Ashhurst or online at www.herbfarm.co.nz
  8. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with some store offers or promotions.
  9. Rewards cannot be used to purchase The Herb Farm or The Herb Farm Café gift vouchers or gift cards.
  10. VIP’s must identify themselves as a VIP when making a purchase. Points cannot be added to your account at a later date.

  13. To be a VIP you must be subscribed to our E-news database in order to receive information and be contactable. If you unsubscribe then your VIP account will no longer be valid.
  14. Reward points are not earned on gift vouchers when redeemed.

VIP Rewards - 24 hour Promotion Offers

  1. VIP promotion offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions running at the time.
  2. Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for another product or redeemed for cash.
